The centre guarantees the quality of reception, treatment and care and makes every effort to ensure that everyone has a dignified life, while giving particular attention to the end of life
The information given to the patient must be accessible and honest. The client/patient participates in the therapeutic choices that concern him. A trusted person whom he freely chooses can assist him
A medical act can be performed only with the free and clear consent of the patient. He has the right to refuse any treatment. Any adult can express their will regarding their end of life in advanced directives
The client/patient may, except as provided for by law, leave the centre at any time after been informed of the possible risks to which he is exposed
The client/patient is treated with courtesy. His beliefs are respected. Its privacy is preserved as well as its tranquillity
The respect of privacy is guaranteed to all people, as well as the confidentiality of personal, administrative, medical, and social information concerning them
The client/patient has direct access to health information concerning him. In the event of death, his heirs benefit from this same right, under some conditions
The client/patient can express his observations on the quality of care and the reception he received. The Centre ensures that the rights of users are respected
Any person has the right to be heard by a responsible in the Centre to express their grievances and to request compensation for the damages which they consider having suffered, according to a procedure for the amicable settlement of disputes and/or before the courts

The Nouaceur medical centre is managed by For Better Health Hospitals and Medical Centres and assembles general practitioners and a team of nurses, caregivers, and a physiotherapist.
Our staff will take care of you, being male or female without distinction. We cannot in any way guarantee that you will be examined by a professional of your choice. The Establishment in which you are is a neutral place whose mission is to provide everyone, without distinction of ethnic origin or religion, good quality care. We urge you to accept the medical organisation of the service without disturbing the treatments. If these rules are refused, we will not be able to provide you with the care you need.

Two types of patients can be present at the reception:
The doctor must always draw up his diagnosis with the greatest care, devoting the necessary time to it, applying as far as possible the most appropriate scientific methods.
We protect your health against any infection by the daily maintenance of our premises. Thus, our committee for the fight against nosocomial infections is concerned with defining a prevention policy and the implementation of this policy.
The consultation rooms are all equipped with the materials and equipment necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.
Avoid keeping money and valuables on you. Indeed, in case of loss or theft, the establishment cannot be held responsible.
Our centre is a neutral place whose mission is to provide everyone, regardless of ethnic origin or religion, good quality care.
Your personal information is confidential and cannot be communicated to another person.
If your condition justifies it and it is within our capabilities, a person of your choice can accompany you.
Social security funds and complementary organisations can replace the insured.
For his safety and optimal care, the patient informs the doctor of any event that could shed light on his diagnosis and contribute to determining the treatment.
Within the Establishment, the patient, after having given his consent to a treatment, is required to follow it until he has told the doctor that he is stopping the treatment or until another prescriber told him to stop his treatment.
The mission of the centre is to take care of all patients, under its capabilities, by providing them the most suited care to their state of health and their request, in a secure environment.
To meet these objectives, the centre pursues an approach of continuous improvement of quality and risk management related to care. The management of this approach is based on the monitoring of indicators, reviews made by users, and certification results, in particular. It implements improvement actions to remedy the discrepancies observed and meet your requirements.
Experts from outside the establishment are regularly tasked with evaluating this approach (measurement of the gaps between recommendations and reality). This is the certification procedure.

This person will ensure that your request is properly processed in accordance with the procedures provided. It can, if necessary, put you in touch with a medical or non-medical mediator, you and your family may receive, to examine the difficulties you are encountering.
You can access the information existing in your medical file, by making a request to the direction. It can be communicated to you either directly or through a doctor that you choose freely. You can also consult your file on the spot, with or without the accompaniment of a doctor, according to your choice.
However, your file cannot be available to you only a minimum of 48 hours of your request. The information can be communicated to you at the latest within eight days. However, if the information is more than five years old, this period is extended to two months. If you choose to consult the file on-site, this consultation is free. To obtain a copy of all or part of the elements of your file, the costs, limited to the cost of reproduction.
