Article 1 – Subject

These conditions govern the services provided by FBH.

Article 2 – Price

The prices of our services are indicated in Moroccan Dirham all taxes are included (VAT) unless otherwise indicated.

All services regardless of their type are payable in Dirham.

FBH reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the services will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the service and subject to availability.

The services remain the property of the company FBH until full payment of the price.

Article 3 – Services

You can order your desired or needed service, either by :

• Coming to our medical center, or;
• On the internet: www.forbetterhealth.ma

The contractual information is presented in English, French, and Arabic, and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your service.

FBH reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of not delivering the service, or in the event of difficulty concerning the service received.

Article 4 – Confirmation of your services

Any service appearing on the website: www.forbetterhealth.ma implies acceptance of these general conditions. Any service confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

All the data provided, and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

The order confirmation will be needing the acceptance of the operations carried out.

The language of this contract is English, French, and Arabic. These conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the Moroccan courts will have sole jurisdiction.
