Your complaints

Our primary goal at the medical centre is to ensure our patients receive high-level care in a healthy and friendly environment. To achieve our goal, it is essential to listen to our patients in order to improve our service.

For this reason, we invite you to submit your complaint at any time without any consequences on your care. During the investigation of your complaint, you will have access to another clinician to ensure continuous care.

If you need an explanation of a procedure, need to make a special request, or want to make a remark, you can contact one of our on-site managers or submit a written complaint.

Steps to file a complaint:

  • Fill out the patient complaint form available at the reception of the centre and submit it to one of our administrators;
  • Or send your complaint directly to the medical centre’s email: info@fbh.ma, mentioning your full name, address, year of birth, and phone number;
  • Or by handwritten letter to the following address: Central Park, Imm D, 5th floor, No. 34, Mohammedia.

After processing your complaint, one of our managers will contact you to provide feedback on your complaint within less than 15 days.

Please note that we may review your patient file while processing your complaint.

In case of a serious complaint, you may be invited to a meeting to share your concerns with a member of the management.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may file another complaint providing further explanation of your issue.
